OREANDA-NEWS. February 25, 2010. Danabank (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), securities of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the copy of registered changes to the bank shares issue prospectus and the copy of securities government registration certificate of February 8, 2010, replacing the previously issued, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to mentioned documents:

- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) registered changes to the bank shares issue prospectus;

- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to the bank authorized shares number increase;

- the total number of authorized shares of the bank is 6,000,000 common shares KZ1C37560014;

- the bank shares issue was included to the State Securities Register under number А3756;

- as of February 8, 2010 were offered 2,000,000 common shares, its authorized capital was formed in the size of KZT2,000,000,000.
