According to evaluation outcomes, Kazakhtelecom consolidated profit through telecommunications  services in 2009 made up 146 billion 955 million tenge at 3% level if compared with 2008 due to the better quality of services provided resulted in telecommunications  network modernization and development, subscribers data base increase, Megaline Internet broad banded access user number increase.

Kazakhtelecom consolidated net profit in 2009 forecasted in the size of 27 billion 314 million tenge at 100% level if compared with planned value.

According to 2009 performance results Kazakhtelecom improved financial sustainability indicators that is proved by the leading rating agencies of the company ratings outlook.

In particular, by 2009 outcomes Standard & Poor's revised the outlook of Kazakhtelecom ratings from "Negative" to "Stable". According to the press release of Standard & Poor's, the company ratings outlook was changed to "Stable" due to the syndicated loan repayment and the liquidity indicators improvement.

Thus, by 2009 outcomes Fitch Ratings changed Kazakhtelecom outlook from "Negative" to "Stable".
