OREANDA-NEWS. April 08, 2010. Freight One First Deputy General Director Alex Taycher met in Kyiv with the Ukrainian Minister of Transport and Communications Konstantin Yefimenko and UkrZaliznytsia CEO Mikhael Kostyuk to discuss the expansion of Freight One in Ukraine.

They talked about issues pertaining to the transit of Russian goods through Ukrainian ports in Freight One cars, including with the involvement of "Freight One in Ukraine," the company’s subsidiary, and discussed the possibility of Ukrainian railway car makers supplying cars to the Freight One subsidiary. They also discussed using Freight One’s positive experience in the context of the planned transformation of the railway industry in Ukraine.
