SAT & Company (Almaty), securities of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE by the official letter that "the Board of Directors decided to place 100,589,180 common shares among wide range of investors on the organized securities market at KZT71 per share", reported the press-centre of KASE.

Common and preferred shares of SAT & Company are included to KASE official list first category.

According to SAT & Company extract from shareholders registers system, available on KASE, as of April 1, 2010 the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C54620014 of SAT & Company is 3,000,000,000 units, preferred shares KZ1P54620110 - 750,000,000 units, out of them placed 1,099,410,820 common shares, bough back 5,900 common shares.
