OREANDA-NEWS. Alliance Bank (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), the listed company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange, informed KASE that on May 28, 2010 at 10:00 starts its shareholders annual general meeting with the following agenda, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- approval of the bank shareholders annual general meeting agenda;

- approval of the bank 2009 annual financial statements;

- defining of the bank 2009 net profit distribution;

- considering of dividends payment;

- considering of shareholders appeals to the bank and its official actions and
  consideration results;

- defining an auditing organization to audit the bank.

The mentioned meeting will be held at: Almaty, 50. Furmanov Str. Participants will be registered from 9:00 a.m.

The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the meeting will be developed as of April 26, 2010.

In case of the quorum absence the repeated meeting will be held on May 31, 2010 at the same address and time.
