OREANDA-NEWS. June 23, 2010. A rating agency "Credit-rating" confirmed long-term credit rating of of bonds of MEGABANK, PJSC serial of E and F on a national scale at the level of uaA - with a prognosis "stable", reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.  

At updating of rating an agency used the financial reporting of MEGABANK, PJSC during 2009 and the first quarter 2010, and also internal information, given by the bank during a rating process.

Reference. A borrower or separate promissory instrument with rating of uaA is characterized by high solvency as compared to other Ukrainian borrowers or promissory instruments. A stable prognosis specifies on absence of present pre-conditions for the change of rating for a year.

Major conditions of issue serial "E":

Amount of issue - UAH 100 000 000,00;

Par value of one bond - UAH 1 000,00;

Bonds circulation term - 1097 calendar days, from December 10, 2007 till December 10,  2010 inclusive;

Coupon rate - 18,00%;

Payment of coupon - quarterly;

Number of offers - 2 (08.12.2008, 07.12.2009.);

Additional security - bonds are secured with the contracts of voluntarily insurance of responsibility before the third persons - on insurance of risks of no redemption by Issuer of capital amount of debt and profit on bonds with the Insurance company "LEMMA.

Major conditions of issue serial "F":

Amount of issue - UAH 100 000 000,00;

Par value of one bond - UAH 1000,00;

Bonds circulation term - 1097 calendar days, from February 4, 2008 till February 4 2011 inclusive;

Coupon rate - 20,00%;

Payment of coupon - quarterly;

Number of offers - 2 (02.02.2009, 01.02.2010).
