Belarus Foreign Debt Increased 2.5% in June to USD 8.542 bln

In January-June 2010, foreign debt rose 8.2%.
The government’s long-term debt accounted for 98.3% of the total foreign debt, government’s short-term debt for 0%, and foreign loans to companies’ against the government’s security for 1.7% on July 1, 2010. As of June 1, 2010, the figures were 98.3%, 0% and 1.7%.
In 2009, the foreign debt increased 110% to USD 7.891 billion.
