OREANDA-NEWS. August 17, 2010. The awarding ceremony of winners took place on the weekly HQ meeting. Tatneft and OJSC TANECO initiated this competition started last year in September and it proved to be a good form of moral and monetary incentives for the employees and the contractors. This time about 40 crews took part in the contest.

In the “Civil works” discipline the crew of V. Moroz Kamgesfundamentstroy (subdivision of Kamgesenergostroy, Nab. Chelny) was recognized as the best one. The crew of Vitaliy has been involved in the Project for two years already. During this period they worked on the number of facilities the most significant of which was Pipe racks and Flare facilities of Refinery and Petrochemical Complex.

The team of V.M. Gromov – OOO UMS (also subdivision of Kamgesenergostroy) was ranked the second place. Vladimir and members of his team have participated in this competition two times and won top places twice.

The team of A. Trofimov Kammekhmontazh (Nizhnekamsk) won the first place in “Mechanical and installation works” direction. "High grade constructor, a perfect facilitator and a reputable man", - such a words says Gennadiy Koblin-section foreman about Arkadiy Trofimov. A. Trofimov started to work in the sphere of construction from 1975. The major units on Refining and Petrochemical Complex he was involved to are CDU VDU-7 and Hot water station.

The second and third places were awarded to the crew of A. Imangulov Dvigatelmontazh (Ufa) and team of S. Andreev NMU -4 (Nizhnekamsk) correspondingly.

The team of Tatelectromontazh won the competition for the third time in the “Special work” discipline. The first place was awarded to the crew of V. Nizamutdinov from Naberezhniy Chelny installation department. The foreman of this team is one of the experienced team leaders on TANECO construction. He started to work in Tatelectromontazh in 1973 and he really loves his work.

The second and third places were given to the crew of S. Ekhlakov Centrmontazhavtomatica (Nizhnekamsk) and team of R. Gizatullin NSU Termosteps.

For the first time on the Project the winners in the “Finishing works” discipline were determined. The team of N. Khamitov US Otdelstroy (Nizhnekamsk) gained the leading position. The second place was awarded to the crew of I. Nurgaleeva – also US Otdelstroy.

As per competition regulations all winners were rewarded with: challenge banners, gift certificates and financial bonus. Incentive payment of team heads for first place were 15.000 roubles, for other workers – 10.000 roubles, for the second place – 10.000 roubles and 6.000 roubles correspondingly, for the third place – 6.000 and 4.000 roubles correspondingly.

Later on the same day TANECO General Director Kh. A. Bagmanov presented Letters of Appreciation to V.V. Kokurkin - Head of Design Institute Souzkhimpromproekt GOU VPO KGTU and V.V. Kuznetsov- Head of OOO “Kazanskiy electroproect”. Both of the Design Institutes fulfilled full scope of engineering works for TANECO Off-site facilities and Power supply facilities. Kh. A. Bagmanov expressed his hope for the rest Design Institutes, including VNIPIneft to meet the challenges that shall allow to complete construction works within scheduled dates.
