OREANDA-NEWS. October 21, 2010. ATFBank (Almaty), securities of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE a copy of amendments to its shares issue prospectus, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The said amendments were registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (FSA) on October 1, 2010 and have been made due to changes in the Board of Directors and Management Board of ATFBank.
