OREANDA-NEWS. November 03, 2010. Mikrokreditbank open joint-stock commercial bank has registered an emission of shares to increase its charter fund.

The bank will emit ordinary non-documentary 38.58 million shares. At that the nominal price per share comprises 1,023.96 soums while the total volume of emission amounts to 39.5 billion soums.

To be noted, the emitted shares will be included into official exchange listing of UzSE.
