JSC Azovstal Pig iron & Steel Works is a modern high-tech enterprise manufacturing a broad range of metal products: slab, long and shaped rolled products, rails, rail fastening, square billets, heavy plate, and slag products, Production capacity of the Mill is over 5,5 mln, t of cast Pig iron, over 6,4 mln, t of steel, including  4,4 mln, t of converter steel, and over 4,4  mln, t of rolled products, Design capacity of rail fastenings production is 285 thous, tpa, grinding balls –  170 thous, tpa.

Yenakiieve Steel is one of the world leaders in the field of merchant billet production. The company is comprised of JSC Yenakiieve Iron and Steel Works and Metalen, LLC Ukrainian-Switzerland Joint Venture, which operate at the same production site and have the same production cycle. The Company manufactures cast billet, bars, as well as various long products (beams, channels, angle bars, etc). Yenakiieve Steel is part of the Metinvest Group Steel and Rolled Products Division.

Makiivka Iron and Steel Works CJSC produces and sells long products, including rebars, wire rod, angles and rounds. Since launch of the most up to date rolling mill in Ukraine (Mill 390) in July 2009 MMZ has been implementing the "Rolling Conversion Development Program till 2010",which envisages decommissioning of morally and physically obsolete Mill-350-1 and Mill-350-2, as well as upgrade of the new medium sections Mill-390. Within the said Program the enterprise started producing using four strands the only type of rolled product in Ukraine rebar#10, which enables to increase efficiency of Mill-390 by 25-30%. The enterprise has also purchased hard alloy rolls enabling production increase by up to 5 - 7% per annum. Product dimensions gauge has also been installed to control actual rolling size of the products. The projects are being implemented with the aim of improving the equipment utilization efficiency, as well as reduction of material consumption rates. In 2010 Makeevka I&SW received EN ISO 9001-2005 Certificate for its quality management system in the field of sections and shaped products.  

PJSC Khartsyzsk Pipe Plant is the largest enterprise in CIS manufacturing large diameter longitudinal seam SAW pipes (508-1422 mm in diameter) with corrosion-resistant exterior and interior or flow coating for oil and gas pipelines, Plant facilities allow to manufacture more than 1,3 mln, t of pipes per year including 665 thou t of coated pipes.

Integrated Management System ensuring stable high quality of the products to the customers is functioning at Khartsyzsk Pipe Plant, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, API Spec Q1, DSTU ISO 9001 and GOST R ISO 9001 create its foundation, Products are certified according to API, EN Standards and in national system UkrSEPRO, PJSC Khartsyzsk Pipe Plant is a part of Steel and Rolled Products Division of Metinvest Group.

Metinvest is an international vertically integrated mining and metallurgical group of companies, Production facilities of Metinvest Group enterprises allow both to satisfy own demand for raw materials, liquid steel and semi-finished products and to be key supplier for major Ukrainian and European companies as well as Asian companies, The shareholders of Metinvest Group are SCM Group (75%) and Smart Holding (25%) that take part in management of Metinvest Group on partnership basis.
