OREANDA-NEWS. January 20, 2011. SAT & Company (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), securities of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE that on February 15, 2011 at 15:00 starts its shareholders special general meeting with the following agenda, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- defining an auditing organization to audit the company;

- on making amendments and additions to the company charter and its new version approval.

The meeting will be held at: Almaty, 241, Mukanov Str., conference hall.

In case of the quorum absence the repeated shareholders meeting will be held on February 16, 2011 at the same time and address.

The agenda materials will be available for shareholders ten days before the meeting date.
