OREANDA-NEWS. February 22, 2011. CenterTelecom OJSC reports that its Belgorod branch has launched a trial version of a customer self service portal. It will allow the company's subscribers to solve many of their problems in online regime.

A structure of the new portal is developed not only for Internet and IPTV service users but also for fixed line telephony subscribers. The clients may see information on the services they use, on their account balance, and may get detailed information on bills and payments.

This is a reliable and fast way to connect customer support service in order to get additional information about the services, to apply for maintenance, to send a suggestion or complaint. Moreover the new online portal allows to manage the services remotely and to get quickly subscribed to additional services.

The customers may download user manuals for all types of services, get free recommendations by the company's specialists, read their responses to frequently asked questions, and also communicate with other users via the portal's forum.

Currently only the customers of CenterTelecom's Belgorod branch may test the portal and leave their feedback. After a trial period the web portal will be available for the customers of all other CenterTelecom's branches.
