OREANDA-NEWS. As of 31 May, no discounts will be offered on the basis of the SEB Saldo+ price list. The bank will contact current Saldo+ customers and recommend a plan to each customer that is most suitable and useful for them. This means that SEB will fully transfer to the offers of SEB Plans, reported the press-centre of SEB.

SEB introduced plan-based pricing in spring 2008 so that the service fee system would be more transparent and simple. This makes SEB the only bank in the Estonian market that uses a harmonised price list of everyday banking services and offers a wide selection of banking services on more advantageous terms. Today more than 325,000 SEB clients use the plan most suitable for them.

As requested by our clients, we extended the validity term of Saldo+ by three more years after the plans were introduced in order to provide enough time for getting to know the plans and making a decision. Now the 3-year period is ending and as of 31 May 2011 we will not be offering the Saldo+ price list any more.

We will inform the current Saldo+ customers about the fact that the current price list will become invalid at the end of March by a message via the Internet Bank. Clients who have not used the Internet Bank over the last three months will receive a notice by post.

If a client has not chosen a suitable plan by 31 May, the regular price list will apply to them. As an exception, the 60+ Plan will automatically come into effect for senior clients as of 1 June.

In order to simplify the selection process, we recommend the SEB Family Plan to the clients.

This plan contains up to eight people who can use everyday banking services for an aggregated monthly fee.

The terms and conditions and the price list of the plans are available at www.seb.ee/paketideng.

Use the Plan Calculator in order to find the most suitable plan.

The change concerns approximately 60,000 Saldo+ price list clients who have not chosen a plan yet. Most of them are home bank clients and we wish to make the package selection as simple as possible for them.

If you have any questions, please contact a bank employee by calling SEB Customer Support on (+372) 665 5100, sending a message via the Internet Bank or an e-mail to info@seb.ee.
