OREANDA-NEWS. April 06, 2011. The Government has developed three bills to help legalize wages. the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine - Social Policy Minister Serhiy Tyhypko said this on press conference.

The official said that the bills were first notion of guaranteed wage and the minimum wage concept is brought into compliance with international standards, change the provisions of control of enterprises in the labor relations and provides greater responsibility of employers, particularly for salaries at a level below the minimum or later than the deadline.

As a result of the changes the Government expects to increase allocations to all social funds, and - the legalization of wages and jobs. "We are due to such standards do everything to formalize relations between workers and employers. For us it is extremely important, because people often work without any agreements on the "slave" basis, without any social security ", - Sergiy Tihipko said. He added that bills provided for the legalization of wage measures can provide 50 billion UAH additional revenues to all social funds, including the Pension fund.

The Vice Prime Minister said that the government plans next month to consult with employers on these bills, listen to their suggestions, revise the documents and then submit them for approval to the Parliament.
