OREANDA-NEWS. May 10, 2011. FBK were recognized to be accredited under the RF Ministry of Justice as an independent auditor authorized to conduct review in terms of propensity for corruption. The corresponding decree was signed by the First Deputy of the Minister of Justice, Alexander Fyodorov, reported the press-centre of FBK.

Rules for conducting review of drafts of regulatory legal acts and other documents to reveal therein provisions prompting conditions for corruption inception were approved by decree of the RF Government No 195.

According to the Ministry of Justice in 2010 86 675 regional and 33 523 municipal documents underwent this review.
