Rostelecom (RTS and MICEX: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY) hereby announces that the Federal Financial Markets Service registered on May 5, 2011 the reports on the results of the issues of Rostelecom’s book-entry interest-bearing non-convertible pay-to-bearer 01-14 series bonds which were placed on April 1, 2011 by converting the bonds of the companies merged into Rostelcom into them.

Trading in Rostelecom’s series 01-14 bonds is expected to get under way on the MICEX stock exchange within ten working days from the date of the registration of the reports.
