Starting from June 17, 2011 the additional issue of ordinary shares of JSC "INTER RAO UES" (state registration number 1-03-33498-E-002Das of 16.11.2010) will be admitted to trading in OJSC RTS in the amount of 6,822,972,629,771 shares. The principal and additional issues will be traded on the RTS Classica market under the same ticker IRAO. The number of ordinary shares before the change – 2,893,027,370,229 shares, after the change – 9,716,000,000,000 shares.

Please note that only shares of the Company’s principal issue (state registration number 1-03-33498-E as of 29.10.2009) are admitted to CCP trades.
