On February 11, 2011, Central Depository Board of Directors approved changes # 2 to Rules of Assigning International Identification Numbers to Securities and other Financial Instruments that is an integral part of Central Securities Depository Rules (hereinafter - the Rules). On April 1, 2011, Central Depository Board of Directors approved changes and additions # 3 to the Rules.

Changes # 2 changes and additions # 3 to the Rules have been approved by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on July 14, 2011 and will be given effect from August 8, 2011.

The Rules new version, including changes # 2 changes and additions # 3 to become effective from August 8, 2011, is available on Central Depository website www.kacd.kz in the section Rules of Regulatory Base.
