OREANDA-NEWS. August 12, 2011. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) terminated the proceedings regarding “Postavki dlya Silovykh Struktur” Ltd., “KN Avto Modern” Ltd., “Zelos” Research-and Production Enterprise” Ltd. upon the signs of violating Clauses 2, 4 and 8 Part 1 Article 11 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” (prohibiting increase of prices at tenders and auctions, economically unjustified refusal to conclude contracts with buyers and preventing market entry), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

The case was initiated upon a petition of “InterSnab” Ltd.

Having investigated the case, FAS concluded that the companies did not violate the antimonopoly law.
