RESMI Group (Almaty), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of certificate of the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on government registration of RESMI Group bonds second issue, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the FSC NBK certificate the volume of RESMI Group bonds issue is 15,000,000,000 at s security face value KZT10.

The issue is divided to 1,500,000,000 unsecured coupon bonds that assigned the national identification code KZ2C0Y07E103. The issue is included to the State Serial Securities Register under number E10.
