OREANDA-NEWS. September 30, 2011. Alexander Karabanov, a businessman from St. Petersburg, became the four millionth passenger to take Sapsan high-speed train No. 163 between St. Petersburg and Moscow, reported the press-centre of Russian Railways.

On behalf of Russian Railways, Dmitry Pegov, Managing Director of the Directorate of High-Speed Services at Russian Railways, congratulated Alexander and presented him with a certificate confirming him as the four millionth passenger and a commemorative gift.

Alexander makes regular use of the high-speed Sapsan service and this year has already made over 30 trips.
