OREANDA-NEWS. September 30, 2011. JSC VTB Bank Branch in Krasnoyarsk won the open tender held by the Krasnoyarsk City Administration to provide loans to finance its budget deficit and repay municipal debt obligations, reported the press-centre of VTB.

VTB and the City Administration signed a municipal loan agreement within the revolving credit line with a RUB 300 mln limit to mature in 365 days.

Citing Valery Lukyanenko, Member of JSC VTB Bank Management Board, “VTB Bank is set to further develop cooperation with the Krasnoyarsk City Administration and, in particular, plans to participate in the city infrastructure modernization project.”
