OREANDA-NEWS. October 06, 2011. FAS Russia received a petition of “Net By Net Holding” Ltd. (location: suit XXX, 1st floor, build.2, 36 Verkhnie Polya, Moscow, 109451; main activities: electric communications) about acquiring 100% voting shares of “KIT Studia” CJSC (location: 2a, Korolyova St., Belgorod, 308034; main activities: telematic communications services; data transfer services), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

FAS believes that acquiring of 100% voting shares of “KIT Studia” CJSC by “Net By Net Holding” Ltd. can restrict competition, particularly as a result of developing dominant position of “Net By Net Holding” Ltd. (a group of persons) on the market of telematic communications services; data transfer services in Belgorod.

Governed by Clause 2 Part 2, Part 3 Article 33 of No.135-FZ of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” of 26th July 2006, the Federal Antimonopoly Service extended the period for petition consideration in order to additionally consider the above petition and obtain additional information.

Interested services can submit information to the antimonopoly authority as to how the transaction can affect the state of competition on the market of telematic communications services; data transfer services in Belgorod.
