OREANDA-NEWS. December 07, 2011. In anticipation of dividends on preferred stocks of the Company due for 2011, JSC "Kazakhtelecom" (hereinafter - the Company) URGE its shareholders to pay attention to the following NECESSITY, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- To present new bank details (IIC)* before December 9, 2011 to the current   keeper of the Company's registers, JSC "Reestr-Service" (125/7 Rozybakiev   str., Almaty 050060, tel.: (727 2) 75-35-92, 75-35-94, fax 75-35-97), or after   December 12, 2011 to the new keeper of the Company's registers, JSC "Registratorskaya Sistema Tsennykh Bumag" (8a microdistrict Astana, Almaty, 050036, tel. (727 2) 26-11-64, 26-13-32, fax 26-11-76).

- To present identification numbers (IIN - for physical persons, / BIN - for legal persons) to the keeper of the Company's registers before December 31, 2011, due to the decision based on April 28, 2011 meeting headed by the Prime-Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan to change the date of adopting identification numbers fixed by the Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On  National Registers of Identification Numbers" - from August 13, 2010 to January 1, 2012.

The indicated data are MANDATORY for timely dividends pay-out.

*For the attention of shareholders who have not presented new bank details (IIC), in accordance with Resolution #124 of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 24, 2007 "On Conducting Preparatory Measures related to Adopting a Single Structure of a Bank Client's Bank Account".
