Using this number you can contact the maintenance office:

if the quality of telephone connection is not suitable for you;

if there is a fault on the line (for example, the telephone is not working);

also via 108 number, you can find out a cause of fault or get more detailed information.

Telephone 108 is opened for subscribers of city telephone network and soon will be available for mobile operators. The information on telephone 108 is provided free of charge.
