The Bank paid dividends on preferred shares, convertible into the Bank common shares (NIN KZ1P36280116) to holders of mentioned securities, fixed in the holders registers as of  December 1, 2011.

The dividend size per preferred share, convertible into the Bank common share is KZT0.01 (point one hundredth).

The dividends paid in the full volume. The total amount of paid dividends, including an income tax, made up KZT392,492 (three hundred ninety two thousand four hundred ninety two) 55 tiyn.
