OREANDA-NEWS. February 15, 2012. The total assets of UPB reached UAH 3.07 milliard, the financial result of the activity made up UAH 4.82 million, reported the press-centre of UPB.

The Balance capital of the Bank grew up to UAH 638.74 million.

All requirements for forming obligatory reserves, specific reserves on active bank transactions on fulfilling statutory ratios regulated by the National Bank of Ukraine are fully met.

Ukrainian Professional Bank is the bank with 100% national capital without international borrowings.

98.8632% of stocks belongs to “UIFA ltd” which holds E.M. Balushka - the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Ukrainian Professional Bank is presented in all regions of Ukraine: the network of Bank consists of Head Office and 40 branches, and in accordance with Strategy of development by the 2012, Bank plans to increase the amount of branches up to 61.

In September 2011 a company "Credit-rating" confirms the credit rating of investment level of "uaBBB+" ( outlook stable) to Ukrainian Professional Bank.
