UkrSibbank to Take Part in Talent Fair 2012
OREANDA-NEWS. March 12, 2012. The UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group will participate in the sixth national Talent Fair 2012 career conference that will take place on March 14, 2012, in the Kyiv International Management Institute under the aegis of the AIESEC global youth organization in Ukraine, reported the press-centre of UkrSibbank.
This annual career conference is an excellent opportunity for students and young specialists worldwide to meet the best employers. The key objective of the event is to familiarize young people with career prospects offered by the country’s leading companies. The Talent Fair has been held annually in Ukraine since 2007. Conference participants undergo careful selection and short-listing, after which only the top 150 applicants in Ukraine receive an invitation to the event. The distinctive feature of Talent Fair 2012 is that participants will not only be able to introduce themselves to top employers at the career fair, but also obtain the most up-to-date reports on labor market conditions, prospective business trends, etc. In their turn, employers will share their vision of an ideal candidate for a position in a large company as well as career opportunities that they offer.
UkrSibbank is not a first-time participant in this type of event because support for dynamic young people striving for constant learning and development is part of the bank’s strategy. The bank has justly earned its reputation as one of Ukraine’s premier employers in the financial field by taking part in various events that can serve as an effective platform for familiarizing itself with talented and progressive youth. The “Internship in UkrSibbank Branches” program provides an opportunity to acquire operational experience at branches of one of the leaders in the Ukrainian banking sector.
