OREANDA-NEWS. July 12, 2012. The State Registrar of Pecherska State Administration in the city of Kyiv performed the state registration of the approved by the decision of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Public Joint Stock Company "Kreditprombank" dated 12 April, 2012 and agreed by the National Bank of Ukraine on 15 June, 2012, Amendment No. 1 to the Charter of the Public Joint Stock Company "Kreditprombank", stated in new version that was approved by the decision of the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Public Joint Stock Company "Kreditprombank" dated 04 November, 2011, agreed by the National Bank of Ukraine on 24 November, 2011 and state registration of which was performed by the State Registrar of Pecherska State Administration in the city of Kyiv on 30 November, 2011, reported the press-centre of Kreditprombank.  

Amendment to the Charter of the Public Joint Stock Company "Kreditprombank", in particular, relates to clarification of the names of financial services provided by the bank, list of FX operations for performance of which the bank is entitled on the basis of the General License for performance of foreign exchange operations issued by the National Bank of Ukraine, and list of types of activities at the securities market for performance of which the bank is entitled on the basis of the licenses issued by the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market.

At the same time, they specify terms for decision-making by the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Public Joint Stock Company "Kreditprombank" on preliminary approval of major deals that may be entered into by the bank for the period not exceeding one year, as well as relates to the rights of the members of the Revision Commission to attend the General Meetings of Shareholders of the Public Joint Stock Company "Kreditprombank" and to take part in discussion of the agenda items. In addition, the procedure of participation of the members of the Revision Commission in the meetings of the Supervisory Board and Management Board of the Public Joint Stock Company "Kreditprombank" was defined.

Therefore, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine from now the new version of the Charter of the Public Joint Stock Company "Kreditprombank" is in force, taking into account the amendment above.
