OREANDA-NEWS. October 26, 2012. OJSC LSR Group announces start of pre-sales in a new elite residential house in the historical center of St. Petersburg, reported the press-centre of LSR Group.    

The eight-storey premium class residential building of 31.9 th sq m will be built on 39 Radischeva street near Tavrichesky Garden by Construction Corporation Renaissance of St. Petersburg.

The neo-calssical building is currently under construction on the land plot of 0.85 ha on Radischeva street, close to Kirochnaya street. The total area available for sale is 20.3 th sq m.

The new house will comprise 148 apartments of 18.2 th sq m.. Commercial premises of 2.1 th sq m will be located on the ground floor.There will also be an underground parking of 5.3 th sq m and closed private area with an inner yard.

The whole project is scheduled for completion in 3Q 2015.
