OREANDA-NEWS. Alexey Repik, Chairman of the Board “R-Pharm” and Co-Chairman of All-Russia Business Association “Delovaya Rossiya” (“Business Russia”), took part in the Russian-German Forum “Emerging Market. Middle Business. Modernization”. The event aimed to promote the investment image of Russia was held at the Germany Economics House in Berlin on February 22, 2013. The Forum was organized by German-Russian Chamber of Commerce (AHK) and Germany Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK) supported by the Trade and Economics Department of Russian Embassy in German Federal Republic.

Bilateral negotiations were started with a business breakfast attended by Andrey Belousov, Russian Minister of Economic Development, and Philipp Rosler, German Minister of Economics and Technologies. The agenda of the Forum included four panel sessions dedicated to new industrial development of Russia; problems of cooperation between Russia and Germany in education and innovations; and investment opportunities of Russian regions for German companies.

Russian Ministry of Economic Development and Ministry of Science and Education supported by Agency of Strategic Initiatives organized a round table in conjunction with the Forum. The round table discussion was dedicated to professional education of technical specialists. Alexey Repik acts as Head of a workgroup developing the “Creation of National Competence and Qualification System” roadmap for National Entrepreneurs Initiative for improvement of investment environment in Russia.

The Forum offered the networking opportunities for Russian SME looking for contacts in Germany.
