OREANDA-NEWS. April 05, 2013. Acting on its New Home program, Sviaz-Bank has accredited the housing complexes KvartalA101 in Sosenskoye village, Leninsky District, Moscow Region, Novye Vatutinki in Desenevskoye village, Leninsky District, Moscow Region, and the housing complex on Sportivnaya Street, Zvenigorod. These latest additions have raised the number of companies cooperating with Sviaz-Bank to build new housing to 100.

In just 2012 and 2013, several major developers, including the Renova Stroygroup and Morton groups of companies, Avgur Estate OJSC, Olympus Construction Company LLC, and Investtrust LLC, signed up on the Bank’s program.

The new accredited housing complexes are located in built-up areas having developed infrastructure. Kindergartens, stores, and sports and play grounds, and promenades will be built for residents of these development areas.

All the development areas lie a short distance from Moscow – Leninsky district can be reached by bus and fixed-route taxi departing from Teply Stan underground station, and Zvenigorod is connected to Moscow by buses, fixed-route taxis, and electric trains having their terminals at several underground stations.

The Bank makes loans for the purchase of apartments in Kvartal A101, Novye Vatutinki, and Sportivnaya Street housing complex in Zvenigorod for a term of up to 30 years at starting interest rates of 12% per annum in rubles at the construction stage and up from 10.5% upon completion of the project.
