IBA Becomes Partner of 3rd BSUIR Collegiate Programming Championship
OREANDA-NEWS. May 15, 2013. The Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) conducted the 3rd BSUIR Open Championship in Collegiate Programming in Minsk, Belarus. IBA participated in the event as its partner.
The competition was held in compliance with the rules of the ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest (ACM ICPC). In every round of the championship, the participants were offered to solve from eight to twelve tasks in English within five hours.
Last year, more than 90 teams from Belarus participated in the contest. This year, the championship gathered more than 150 student and school teams from Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine.
The winners of the 3rd BSUIR Open Championship in Collegiate Programming are:
The 1st place: Belarusian State University (BSU)
The 2nd place: Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology
The 3rd place: Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR).
IBA has sponsored this championship since 2010.
