OREANDA-NEWS. PJSC "Ukrsotsbank", which operates under the UniCredit Bank trade mark, achieved the second position of chart of socially responsible companies of 2013 among banks in accordance with the "GVardiya" national rating magazine.

CSR Rating of Ukrainian companies conducted by the "GVardiya" magazine on an annual basis since 2008 and are based on the analysis of questionnaires, public social reports and independent assessments of experts - members of the advisory council. Estimation procedure of a level of transparency and consistency of companies assumes the usage of an integrated method and system analysis of level of information disclosure, and companies’ activity in CSR field, and is expressed in the final point indicator. The overall level of transparency and consistency of companies in CSR is calculated within four blocks: "Social report as a tool for a dialogue with society", "Consistency in managing CSR", "Transparency and interaction with stakeholders ", "Transparency and consistency of activities in key areas of CSR" (staff development, occupational safety and health protection, environmental protection and resource saving, maintenance of fair business practices and ethical behavior, improving products and relationships with consumers, community development, charity and philanthropy).
