China's CAMCE Corporation - to speed up the process of building a sulphate bleached pulp factory and launch it on schedule, the premier press-service reports.

According to the premier, it took much time to make preparatory operations and extra efforts are required now to stick to the schedule. The project is financed with a Chinese credit.

OAO Svetlogorsk Pulp and Cardboard Factory is a platform for building the sulphate bleached pulp plant, which will produce 400,000 tonnes of sulphate bleached pulp per year.
