OREANDA-NEWS. 'Expert RA' rating agency changed 'Regional Development Bank' creditworthiness rating outlook from positive to developing. The developing outlook means equal probability of both maintaining and changing the rating in the mid-term. The Bank creditworthiness rating remained unchanged at B++, which means acceptable credit solvency.

The outlook revision is due, first and foremost, to the oppositely directed changes in the Bank's business. Significant capital adequacy reduction and loan portfolio quality deterioration are the key negative factors. At the same time, profitability improvements are positive for the Bank rating.
