OREANDA-NEWS. TNT Express has appointed Chris Goossens to a newly created Management Board-level position, Managing Director Customer Experience, effective immediately. The new position is key in building on TNT Express' industry-leading position in customer experience.

Chris will lead a dedicated Customer Experience team, responsible for perfecting customers' door-to-door experience.

She started with TNT Express in 1988 and has held global management positions in Sales, Customer Experience and Operations. Throughout, Chris has championed the primacy of customers in all activities of TNT Express. Her most recent role was Managing Director Europe & Americas. In the interim, David Burton, Global Director Sales, will assume Chris' former responsibilities.
