OREANDA-NEWS. The final round of the annual UTair Aviation Professional Skills Competition among the airline's flight attendants was held in the Korolevsky Concert Hall in the Ostankino Tower Complex in Moscow at the end of November this year.

14 teams of flight attendants from Moscow, Kiev, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Krasnodar, Surgut, Syktyvkar, Krasnoyarsk, Tyumen, and Ufa competed for the title of Best Flight Attendant Crew.

A jury composed of celebrity sportsmen, actors of the stage and screen, and representatives from a modeling agency and a flight attendant training center determined the winners following the results of thematic contests aimed at evaluating the competencies and creative of UTair flight attendants in assisting passengers, resolving non-standard situations and maintaining a positive attitude. Contestants demonstrated both knowledge and expertise in their duties, spoke about their native cities, and displayed remarkable creativity and determination to win. The jury and supporters judged the vocal and dancing talents of UTair flight attendants, their love for their profession, and appraised their humor and originality of their performance in skits.

Flight attendant crew №8 from Moscow was awarded first place, flight attendants from Nizhny Novgorod won second place and third place was shared between Air Squadron №9 from Surgut and flight attendant team №9 from Moscow.

The winners of the competition and participants received awards and commemorative prizes while the audience was awarded with a lighthearted mood at the conclusion of the games. All UTair passengers can depend on the award winning professionalism, consideration and artistry of the airline's personnel.
