OREANDA-NEWS. May 23, 2014. As of today, more than 2 thousand companies have made a contract with Accumulative Pension Fund. This was reported by Minister of Labour and Social Protection Tamara Duissenova during the III International scientific-practical conference on the theme: "From social protection - social progress."

She added that subsidies for compulsory pension contributions for working women, and ones on parental leave was introduced from January of this year to increase pension savings.

Along with this, she said that 5% mandatory occupational pension contributions by the employer to employees engaged in harmful labour conditions has been introduced from the beginning of this year. A list of hazardous employment types, works and occupations of workers in favour of whom mandatory occupational pension contributions will be transferred was also approved by relevant decision of the Government.
