OREANDA-NEWS. June 25, 2014. Sviaz-Bank paid the full amount of interest due on the fifth coupon of its Series 03 bonds on schedule.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 8.6% per annum, or 42 rubles 88 kopecks per bond. In all, the Bank paid out 174,524,344.32 rubles in coupon interest.

Sviaz-Bank placed its third bond issue by public subscription on the MICEX Stock Exchange on December 22, 2011. It sold 5 million securities at a par value of 1,000 rubles each.

The Bank’s Series 03 bonds have been put by the MICEX Stock Exchange, CJSC, on its Quotation List B.

The Fitch Ratings Agency has assigned the BB– long-term international rating in the national currency and the АА–(rus) rating on the national scale to the Bank’s Series 03 bonds.
