Please be advised that starting from 01 July 2014 with a view to comply with the US law on tax requirements for foreign accounts (FATCA – Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act), PJSC "CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK", as a member of international group Credit Agricole S.A., conducts customer identification as per Ukrainian law and with due regard for FATCA requirements, which includes acquisition of information and documents required by US tax laws by the customer. If the customer fails to provide such documents or information or deliberately provides false data, PJSC "CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK" may refuse to open and/or service the Current Account of the customer.
