OREANDA-NEWS. August 20, 2014. Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, has built up the Urals macroregion management team by having appointed Maksim Butakov as chief technical officer.

Andrey Kurdanov holds the post of the macroregion’s chief executive officer, whereas the commercial directorate is headed by Dina Zotova.

The macroregion’s management team will focus on strengthening the company’s stance in the Urals, enhancing key operating and financing results as well as promoting Tele2 corporate values.

The macroregion’s CEO Andrey Kurdanov is in charge of the business strategic management and developing Tele2 operations in the Urals. Commercial officer Dina Zotova is supervising development of the distribution network and a launch of advertising strategy in the macroregion.
Maksim Butakov took the post of the Urals macroregion’s chief technical officer. In this position he will be responsible for providing a high quality of mobile services. Maksim will also be in charge of the macroregion’s technical development as well as expansion of network coverage, construction and commercial launch of 3G and 4G networks.
