OREANDA-NEWS. November 27, 2014. The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (NBKR) registered the BLIZKO Payment System owned by Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) in its Register of operators providing money transfer services on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic under the Rules of Money Transfers Made on the Territory of the Kyrgyz Republic (Decision 34/10 of the NBKR Management Board, passed on July 31, 2014).

The registration is acknowledgment that the BLIZKO Payment System provides its services in full conformity with the criteria of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. This acknowledgment is contained in the official record published on the regulator’s website.

Shortly before the NBKR record, the Bank of Russia entered the BLIZKO Payment System in its list of nationally significant payment systems. Recognition of a payment system as a nationally significant institution is acknowledgment of its reliability and consistency with national interests.
