OREANDA-NEWS. November 27, 2014. The 2013 Annual Report of Russian Railways has been recognized as the "Best Annual Report of a Non-Public Company" by XVII Annual Report Competition Awards held by the Moscow Stock Exchange and the magazine "Securities Market".

The jury comprised by 16 experts, including representatives from consulting, investment and management companies, information and communications agencies, the Bank of Russia, professional associations and social organizations selected Russian Railways report among other 58 contenders.

Earlier this year Russian Railways 2013 Annual Report had been named as the winner of the "Best Annual Report in the Industry: Transport and Communications" assigned by the administration of Krasnodar Region and the Russian Institute of Directors in the frames of XI Open Annual Report Competition.

Another well-known XVI Annual Report Awards arranged by "Expert RA" recognized online interactive version of Russian Railways annual report as the "Best Interactive Annual Report".

In addition, Russian Railways 2013 Annual Report received "silver award" in "Transport and Logistics" category from international Vision Awards Competition arranged by the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) with over 1,000 participants globally.
