Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated November 18, 2014 on approval of the report on results of offering of bonds KZP15Y07E083 (KZ2C00002590, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, TSBNb23; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn, April 10, 2014 – April 10, 2021; semi-annual coupon 8.00 % APR; 30/360) for the period from April 10 to October 9, 2014.

According to the letter provided, as of October 9, 2014 1,981,480,000 pieces of the mentioned bonds remained unplaced.
