National Bank registers changes and additions in issue prospectus of KazAgroFinace shares
OREANDA-NEWS. KazAgroFinace JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the
company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has provided KASE with copies of registered changes and additions in
the issue prospectus of its shares and a certificate of state registration of a
securities issue of November 6, 2014 replacing the one issued earlier
According to the mentioned documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered changes and additions in the mentioned shares issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to an increased number of the company's authorized ordinary shares;
- the total number of the company's authorized shares KZ1C01160015 makes up 82,837,204 pieces;
- the mentioned shares issue prospectus was entered in the State registry of equity securities under No. А4159.
- as of July 2, 2013 80,883,511 ordinary shares of the company are outstanding, its authorized capital makes up KZT80,883,511,000.
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered changes and additions in the mentioned shares issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to an increased number of the company's authorized ordinary shares;
- the total number of the company's authorized shares KZ1C01160015 makes up 82,837,204 pieces;
- the mentioned shares issue prospectus was entered in the State registry of equity securities under No. А4159.
- as of July 2, 2013 80,883,511 ordinary shares of the company are outstanding, its authorized capital makes up KZT80,883,511,000.
