Halyk Bank Georgia JSC – Subsidiary Organisation of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan has operated in the banking market of Georgia since 2008. Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC owns 100% of stocks of Halyk Bank Georgia JSC.

As of October 1, 2014 Halyk Bank Georgia JSC reported a net profit three times higher than that in the same period of 2013 making up KZT148.9 mln, including loan portfolio interest income amounting to KZT805.3 mln, net fee and commission income - KZT14.0 mln, and dealing operations net income - KZT35.0 mln.
