OREANDA-NEWS. On 10.12.2014 Vladimir Maslov informed about the decrease in his voting rights in AS Pro Kapital Grupp to 9,95%.

The decrease of the voting rights was due to the disposal transaction concluded on 01.12.2014.

Before the transaction Vladimir Maslov held 6 132 598 shares, which represented in total 11,33% of all shares of AS Pro Kapital Grupp. After the transaction Vladimir Maslov holds 5 382 598 shares, which represents in total 9,95% of all shares of AS Pro Kapital Grupp.

The shares are held through the Clearstream Banking Luxembourg S.A clients nominee account.

A notification obligation derives from the Estonian Securities Market Act article 185.
