OREANDA-NEWS. Subsidiary Bank "Alfa-Bank" JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that by Resolution No. 20-1561/14 of Almaty Special inter-district administrative court dated December 8, 2014 it was drawn to administrative responsibility "for carrying out activities without a license, when a license is mandatory, if these actions do not contain signs of a punishable crime action (part 1 of article 257-1 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code)."
